HOW TO USE YOUR SMUDGE STICK?
Unwrap the bundle, gently remove its paper cover. Then light the bundle with fire - feel free to use the fire from our candles. Hold the bundle over the fire for a short time, about 30-40 seconds. Ideally, hold the bundle against the flame so that it flows beautifully down the bundle. Blow out the fire and your bundle will begin to gently smolder and smoke. Spread the smoke around the whole body or space. For the perfect experience, use a bundle with any of the ceramic products from our selection you can find here.
INGREDIENTS USED in individual bundles:
- PURE WHITE SAGE SMUDGE (100% dried white sage)
- WHITE SAGE + ROSEMARY SMUDGE (100% dried white sage, dried rosemary)
- EUCALYPTUS SMUDGE (100% dried eucalyptus)
