HOW TO USE THE FUME EXTRACTOR – PURE WHITE SAGE

White Sage Smudge is an ancient cleansing ritual that is traditionally used for cleansing of energy, space, body and mind. White sage smoke helps to relieve tension, promote focus, and create a calmer atmosphere at home, at work, or during meditation.

How to use white sage fumigation

1. Carefully unpack the bundle. PURE WHITE SAGE.

2. Light the bundle using a flame (you can also use a candle flame).

3. Hold it over the flame for about 30–40 seconds to allow it to burn well.

4. Blow out the flame – the bundle will begin to smolder gently, releasing a characteristic cleansing smoke.

5. Diffuse the smoke around your body or throughout the space (room, house, office).

For safe use, we recommend having a non-flammable mat or ceramic bowl handy to catch the ash.
